My Story
Photography wasn’t something I originally planned.. it found me through a deeply personal experience.
Growing up, my family lost many of our photographs, including my parents' wedding photos and many memories from my childhood. More than 23 years later, a family friend unexpectedly shared photographs he had kept for all those years. Seeing those images for the first time made me realize that photographs are more than pictures, they're pieces of our story that become even more meaningful with time.
That experiences changed the way I see photography. Today, it’s a privilege to document one of the most meaningful days in a couple’s life, knowing that these photographs may one day become part of their family’s history. As the years pass, they'll serve as a reminder of the love, people, and moments that shaped the beginning of a new family, and being trusted with that responsibility is something I never take for granted.
WHAT I’VE LEARNED
After photographing hundreds of weddings, I've learned that the moments couples treasure most are rarely the ones they planned.
It's the deep breath before the ceremony. The hug from a parent. Friends laughing during cocktail hour. The quiet glance between two people realizing this is finally the day they've been waiting for.
Those moments happen naturally, often without anyone noticing. They're the moments I find myself drawn to, and the ones I believe become even more meaningful with time.
THE APPROACH
Every couple is different, and I believe your photographs should reflect that. Rather than following a formula, I take the time to get to know you, understand what matters most, and create an experience that feels natural, relaxed, and true to who you are.
Throughout the day, I balance thoughtful guidance with genuine moments, stepping in when needed and stepping back when the moment speaks for itself. The result is a collection of photographs that feels authentic to your relationships, personalities, and celebration.
For me, wedding photography is about more than beautiful images. It's about preserving the moments that might otherwise fade with time, so years from now you can look back and remember not just what your day looked like, but what it meant.
